PARAM SAIKIA


Param has been in the communication industry for over 25 years.

He was the  CEO of JWT in Malaysia from 2010 to July 2013. Prior to that he was the CEO of Iris in India where he put together an integrated team able to deliver across digital , advertising and on ground activation.  He joined Iris from  Publicis  India where he was the COO from 2002 to 2008.He has been on the executive board of McCann Erickson, Euro RSCG and Grey worldwide.

The key clients he has worked on are Nestle, Coke, Perfetti, Bacardi, Beam Brands, Hewlett Packard and HSBC.

AMAR WADHWA


Over two decades of experience in brand strategy, consulting, research and media at Cheil Worldwide (Samsung), Publicis, BBDO, Accenture, Leo Burnett, IMRB.

Last Role – National Planning Director, Cheil Worldwide (Samsung), South West Asia. Prior to that, Vice President and Head of Planning – Publicis India.

Architected the ‘Next is what’ Samsung Mobile strategy to help move from #4 to #2 ; Helped Maggi extend its franchise beyond convenience and children; Transitioned Andersen Consulting to Accenture. Some of his clients include ABN Amro, Aviva, Aircel, Carlsberg, Coca Cola, Daikin, Pepsi, Nestle, Samsung and Whirlpool, HP.

SHALEENA KAURA


With over 15 years of experience across research and advertising, Shaleena brings with her the experience of working and advising clients on strategic marketing and communication issues across a wide range of industries and brands.

Worked across advertising agencies such as DraftFCB and R K Swamy BBDO and research agencies such as IMRB , ORG Marg and TNS. Last Role: VP and Delhi Head, PQR (The Qualitative research division of IMRB)

Masters in Advertising and Communications Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai (1994 -96)

ZARREEN KHAN


With 10 + years of experience across Marketing, Digital marketing and research, Zarreen brings with her valuable expertise in product and service marketing.

In her last role, she was heading marketing for HT Media Ltd. She has also worked extensively on insights and research at Frito Lays and A C Nielsen.

Zarreen is an MBA from XIM Bhubneshwar (2001 - 2003) and an economics graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University
